About me

I consider myself an energetic and skilled product manager possessing a robust blend of technical and business expertise. Demonstrated success in guiding cross-functional teams towards achievement highlights my career.

My role consists on establishing and articulating the project's goals and aims, guaranteeing they are in harmony with the overarching business strategy.

 

With 9 years of experience in one of the most demanding industries and currently combined with the artificial vision sector, I’m an accomplished Product Manager with a robust background in tech sales, strategically positioned in Austin, Texas.

My career has been a remarkable journey spending most of these years working across different countries through various facets of the tech industry, where I’ve leveraged my expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence.

At the heart of my professional ethos is a deep-seated commitment to delivering quality, cost, and time (Q-C-T) targeted outcomes. My tenure with Forvia in Gölcük, Turkey, has been marked by significant achievements. I’ve led end-to-end product and business development, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams in implementing change management strategies and sprint sessions. This led to the formulation of a product roadmap that enhanced operational margins and increased the internal rate of return by 4.1%.  Additionally, managing commercial negotiations for a staggering €315 million turnover. This role underscored my ability to balance the intricate demands of product management and sales leadership, resulting in a substantial increase in operative margin and interest rate of return.

Prior to Forvia, I served as an Industrialization Leader at Faurecia Interior Systems in Gorzow, Poland. Here, my focus on optimizing product KPIs led to notable sourcing cost savings and quality improvements. This experience was invaluable in understanding the luxury market dynamics and aligning product roadmaps with customer expectations.

My journey began at Faurecia Interior Systems in Valencia, Spain, where as a Product Leader, I honed my skills in cross-functional team leadership and product launch execution. This role was instrumental in improving program timing and cash-flow targets, laying the foundation for my future leadership roles.

Academically, I hold a Master of Engineering in Operations Management, and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering. These educational experiences have been pivotal in shaping my analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Recognition for my work includes the Engineering Program Award from Forvia, Agile certification and an accolade in Advanced Negotiation Skills from Scotwork.

Beyond my corporate experience, I have:

  1. Nurtured my entrepreneurial spirit by founding an audiobook producing agency, an e-commerce platform for educational STEAM products and a Podcast.
  2. Developed my freelancer activities as high ticket closer and linker for lead agencies, info-products and SaaS products.

These ventures have enriched my skill set in market analysis, business development, and client relationship management.
